Court To Inspect Iron Sheets At CID Headquarters Got From Former State Minister Nandutu’s Farm

The Anti-Corruption Court will relocate to the Criminal Investigations Department Headquarters in Kibuli to inspect iron sheets recovered from former State Minister Agnes Nandutu’s farm.

This decision follows a request by the Director of Public Prosecutions, Jane Frances Abodo, due to the bulkiness of the 1,617 iron sheets.

Trial Judge Jane Kajuga approved the inspection after Detective Superintendent Winfred Nakatudde testified about the recovery. The court has also extended a criminal summons for Nandutu’s farm manager, John Waranga, to testify.
