The murder trial of Molly Katanga, widow of Henry Katanga, has been adjourned to this afternoon after the prosecution introduced new charges against the four accused.
Molly is accused of killing her husband, Henry, last year, while two of their children and a domestic worker are alleged to have attempted to cover up the crime.
The High Court, which was prepared to proceed, halted the trial when defence lawyers raised concerns that the prosecution had not presented the evidence to be used in the case.
