Natasha Nyonyozi from Kabale district won the 2024/25 Miss Uganda Beauty Pageant.
The title “Miss Uganda 2024/25” was awarded to her during the grand finale of the event that was held on 3rd/ August /2024 in Kampala at Sheraton Hotel where twenty-eight contestants were competing for the same title.
Nyonyozi demonstrated remarkable charisma, elegance, and confidence and she was awarded a brand new Toyota Wish as part of her victory.
As Miss Uganda, the 23-year-old will represent Uganda on both national and international stages and her tenure will focus on advocating for various causes and embodying the spirit of Uganda.
Upon receiving the crown, Nyonyozi expressed her excitement and gratitude, attributing her success to divine intervention and the support of her supporters.
Suraya Umeimah Bashuaeb was named the first runner-up, while Joan Nabatanzi secured the second runner-up position.
The previous Miss Uganda, Hannah Karema, graced the event and ceremoniously handed over the crown to Natasha Nyonyozi
The event saw musical performances from artists including Ykee Benda, Maddox Ssematimba, and Jackie Chandiru.
The Miss Uganda pageant remains a significant cultural event, celebrating beauty and talent while also addressing important social issues.
